Big Rig Towing and Recovery provides 24 hour personalized dispatch service that is dedicated exclusively to the transportation industry. Our company, with combined experience of over 150 years, can be reached, toll free, from anywhere in North America. Our heavy duty towing and recovery division consists of fifteen units, thirteen tandem axle and two tri-drive units.
If there has been an accident and your unit needs to be up-righted and removed from the road quickly and safely, Big Rig Towing has the solution. We are your #1 source for heavy duty recoveries and are the only towing company in Alberta with two tri-drive wreckers specifically designed for roll over and recovery work!
Any and all overdue balances are subject to interest charges at the rate of 2% per month (24% annum). The applicant agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by Big Rig Towing & Recovery Ltd. in collection of the indebtedness of the applicant, including legal fees, disbursements, commissions and any other expenses.

Having broken down equipment and stranded team members is a terrible scenario at best. I highly recommend Big Rig Towing. Always my first call to make a bad scenario better. They are prompt and reliable and they communicate back. The prices are fair and the whole team is respectful and helpful. Totally 100% recommend.

I will never use this company ever again. The after hour dispatcher is compulsively rude and does not know anything about servicing someone over the phone. She hung up the phone when we were giving her directions to give to her driver and when we had to put her on a quick hold she started gossiping and saying obnoxious comments about us to her coworker. Worst customer service and the worst kind of people to deal with. Won't ever use them again.

Called these guys for a tow and gave them my mastercard # they left me no invoice or anything when I got my mastercard bill they charged me almost $700 for a 40 min tow I have called many times but no response these guys are crooks not to mention the damage done to my truck. next time ill push the truck before I call these crooked guys definitely don't choose them worst towing company out there for sure
