I had a great experience here last month I've been thinking about and decided to write a review. The staff are all very friendly and helpful with not even a hint of pressure. I recently had my girlfriend's gold necklace chain soldered back together. I was greeted by a kind gentleman by the name of Justin. He was very confident and knowledgable with working with gold.
After 3 days, the necklace and pendent were returned to me more shiny than when it originally was on the day I dropped it off and the soldering was seamless. No appointments. Simply walked in, dropped it off, and received a call when it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend this shop for all of your jewelry restoration needs!

A couple years ago, I was looking for an an engagement ring but know next to nothing about them. Service was incredible as Justin me showed what my options are based on my budget and explained in a concise way what I should be paying attention to as I shop around at different places. Ended up buying the ring at Gem By Carati and a couple months later, the wedding bands as well. Highly recommended.

Justin and the team were super great to deal with. A few years ago, I purchased an engagement ring from Justin. He was able to answer my slew of questions along with being accommodating on my last minute stopping in the check other things out. Will be buying the wedding bands from Justin in the near future!

I purchased my engagement ring from Gem By Carati and could not be happier with my experience. I've been recommending my friends and family here since. Justin and his team were professional, easy to deal with, always provided timely responses, and attentive since the day I started my shopping process. At no point did I feel pressured or misled. They really took the time to educate me on everything diamonds and rings related to the point I felt very comfortable making my purchase.
