I have known of D W Howard for many years. I had my home listed with another Realtor for a few years and then called Sally Howard to handle the listing last fall. She did a great job with a beautiful presentation on UTube and I ended up with two offers in January when typically things are dead for waterfront homes. We closed at the end of March and Howard Realty handled both sides of the transaction. Very professional and honest assessment of values.

I've been using D.W. Howard Realty since moving to Ridgeway 10 yrs ago and Sally Howard has always been my "go to" Rep. when I needed to sell my homes. I've sold 3 homes with DW Howard in the past few yrs and have always rec'd the utmost professionalism service and knowledge of the markets at the time of selling. Had a great experience with Sally. Sally Howard is our agent that we used to buy our house in Ridgeway. She is fantastic!! Sally has been very accommodating whether driving us around to look at houses showing us and telling us about the neighbourhood as we are from out of town. Sally never pushed us to buy one house over another even if it was her listing, she always kept our wish list in mind and advised us professionally. John first helped appraise our cottage, to transfer deed in our name in order to sell. When we put cottage up for sale, we listed with John and were very pleased.
