Well thought the final fee I paid to them covered the cost of the laywer and all closing costs, but ended up i had to pay them 1500, then the laywer 1200, then the notary 200! Great people with great personalities but had i have known it didn't cover the laywer and the closing costs id have never hired them! The (Thunderbay, ON) royal la page is who I hired!

We worked with Pat Hansard in order to sell our home due to medical reasons. She gave us very doable suggestions that would make our house more sellable and we were willing to follow through. Our house was on the market for about eight weeks and then we had a buyer. I believe it was the working relationship that we had with Pat along with our willingness to connect with her that helped us sell our home in such a quick manner. My first interaction with Royal LePage was today with Sandra Binette, and honestly she has been the worst real estate agent I have met so far, extremely unprofessional and low class. She gave us, my husband and I, an appointment at a certain time, she claimed that we would be the first to visit the house, we came well on time, but to our surprise… when we arrived, there were other groups of visitors at least 4-5, also who claimed that they were given an appointment at the same exact time.
