A quick review of my experience dealing with Pete (manager) at Gervais towing:
A few months back a Gervais towing truck rear ended me on the highway while in my partners SUV. It left a decent dent in the trunk and bumper but nothing very serious. The driver was nice and we exchanged information.
I called in to Gervais towing to see how we can go about getting it repaired. Pete offered to take care of it at their shop or to give me $1000 do deal with it myself. I agreed to have them fix the vehicle.
My partner brought the vehicle in for what we were told was a one to two day repair. A week later

From my experience Gervais Towing has always been # 1 These guys work hard as there forefather did ! They're reputation is solid and they've been in the industry since the 30's I've read some of these… complaints . Hogwash ! They're pissed at the world because they had car trouble then they take it out in the towing company because they don't work for free ....lol Too funny ! Gervais motors ROCKS !!!

Worst company to deal with.... Behind a flat bed tow truck on the queensway and a rock from their truck flew off and broke my vehicles windshield. The flat bed top was covered in loose gravel. Called the office and was called a liar by the manager. Was basically told it was my fault and I was on my own to get it fixed. Crap service... Don't deal with this company -- there are other options.

If I could give Gervais a negative rating I would, this company has no interest in helping people only the dollars they can put in their pockets. I was involved in an accident where my vehicle was disabled and had to be towed to the body shop. Gervais was the first tow company on scene and proceeded to hook up my vehicle immediately without asking if I even agreed to use their services. When i told my insurance company that Gervais was on scene, my insurance company stated that I should not be using them and that I should go with a different company. Unfortunately I am now finding out why..
