We have used quite few different towing companies and they are one of the worse. Very expensive when it comes to compare to others. Cost almost 500$ to tow from Orleans to Lancaster wich is like under 25Km . Wish have called a private company or anyone else. Will Not Recommend Anyone.

I witnesed Al from Metro extract a car for a senior lady that was stuck in lots of snow while turning at an intersection. He saw me and two others unsuccessfully trying to push the car and clear snow from underneath. In five minutes, Al from the goodness of his heart tied a chain to the front of the car and pulled the car to clearer roadway. What a great Samaritan contribution to society! Thank you Al!

We were doing a moving job from Val de mont to Ottawa, our truck had gelled up from the extreme cold. We called Metro towing they had a truck to us within 15 minutes to keep us warm. They tried to boost the truck and it would not start so we got it towed back driver was great to deal with staff is easy going and fair.
Edit: had to use them again for a lock out at the hospital exceptional service yet again!

We needed a tow from the underground parking lot, I called spoke to Sarah who answered all my questions and needs , she arranged for the driver to come , the driver called upon arrival and was very friendly helpful and professional . They were able to get our van out as we needed and we paid a very reasonable and fair price for the service . Will use them again if needed. Will recommend them and will give their company as a referral to the apartment building for any of the others tenants as the building told us that tow trucks will not fit underground. Needed my 1988 mustang towed to a buddy's garage but it was some distance away from where I was so I called metro towing and Keanu came quicker then ETA time, we talked and he made it look so easy compared to the last towing company I called. use this company for all your towing needs, great & professional cant ask for better in the city

Wanted to give these guys a huge shout out. They towed my Mercedes s class when the air suspension failed. The car was basically on the ground and a few other towing companies turned down the call. Metro towing came equipped with the right tools and truck to get my car moved without a scratch. Super appreciative and I will be calling them in the future and recommending them!

Great staff and easy to find location. During the winter it can be extremely busy due to the fact everyone is getting into car accidents and this place gets packed. Unfortunately that's where I find they may need more staff with the amount of people that come in. Be warned to bring your own tools if you have to dig up your car or take your license plates off.
