My tire blew out and had to pull over on Deerfoot and called a friend to come and help/get me. We realized it would’ve taken too long to change into my spare and that we needed a tow truck. Lucky for me this man pulls up with his truck and asks if we’re okay and offered to either change my tire or tow me back home for a good price. He towed my car home and even came back 10 minutes later to change my tire for free. Just out of the goodness of his heart. Highly recommend

One of the tires on our camper van exploded on Deerfoot and 305 was the first call we made just because of distance. We got our van towed and coincidentally our guy had tires laying around that fit our van, so not only did we get a tow off the shoulder, we also got a full replacement set of tires. I can't recommend this service enough and keep the card in my glove box in case we need it again.

I was collecting my vehicle from Calgary Impound, but the company I hired was a no-show. Luckily Jamal was on-site and agreed to tow my car home.
He could've named any price since I was in such a bad spot, but he instead gave me a break.
Jamal was kind, and a Professional who took great care of my car. Highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism
This guy damaged my $8000 toolbox by pulling it up his flat deck incorrectly and then said it was my fault because the box was too heavy. He bent the handle and buckled the whole side of my Snap-On box and then refused to reimburse me for damages. Do not use him, he will damage your property and refuse to do the right thing.

TEN GOLD STARS!! Jamal is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just a super nice guy. I had some vehicle issues during our VERY cold weather. Jamal was recommended by one of my work colleagues. He was prompt, courteous, skillful and went the extra mile to help. His prices are very reasonable as well. I had another problem the very next day (more bad luck with the lousy weather!) and he responded again, very quickly, and made recommendations that saved me a PILE of money. As a senior with a flat front tire, I was not having a good day! The first tow company I called said they would able to help me in 3 hours. Fortunately I was given 305's number and Jamal was there within 45 minutes.
The 5 star rating goes to Jamal not only for his professional attitude, but mainly that he took my rear tire off and switched that to the front, so that I would not get stuck in the snow driving on my 'doughnut' spare. I would never have thought to do this switch on my own! Thank you Jamal, for saving my day.

305 towing are honestly the best services. I called them to come tow my car and Jamal was there before their quoted estimated time. The rates were cheap and the services was amazing.
