Welcome to my private counseling, coaching and consulting practice where my primary focus is on helping you meet your needs. Together, we'll work through your life events and transitions to understand the root of your concerns. We will draw on your strengths to help you work through your present concerns and to develop skills and strategies that support you with your future well-being.
Based on a "whole health" approach we'll consider the culmination of the effects of thoughts, emotional, environmental, physical, psychological and inter/generational factors that influence who, and where we are in life.
