Do not hire them. I am writing this review because it is true and because I have to prevent people to pass by the same trouble that I passed.
Hired them for a move from Burnaby to Toronto. On pick up day they showed up 3 hours laters after I called Thomas it seems he just remembered that they had to pick up my furniture.
Delivery was worse. After initially saying one or two weeks to Toronto. It took 8 weeks!
I wasn't in a rush for my stuff since I had a place to stay but I was already paying storage where my stuff was supposed to go.
Thomas was really poor on answering the phone or calling

Do not hire this company, I have never been treated so poorly, so unprofessionally. Thomas was not honest with me nor is he dependable. I hired this company to move from Vernon to Calgary. I confirmed with Thomas 3 times before more pick up and delivery day. They were late to pick up, and instead of traveling to Calgary the truck went to Vancouver, Edmonton, Beaumont, and who knows where else with all my belongings. I sat on floor of my new house with my dog expecting them in morning. Tom never called, hours later I would call him and he would say oh they will be there in afternoon, then they will

TLDR; owner has no accountability and hires drunk, unreliable, slow employees.
Two movers came to move my 1 bedroom apartment's worth of things from a ground floor suite to another ground floor suite within Vancouver. I was quoted 2.5 hours. They took 4 hours, and were an hour late getting to my house on top of that. Both movers were unprofessional in how they behaved as well as one showing up clearly hungover (or still drunk) from the night before. On the way to the new location, the one who was hungover/drunk drank more, which was apparently because of the cloud of booze he left behind

They damage your items then drag the situation out for months with stories and lies of why they haven't responded or why you haven't received your refund cheque for the multiple items they ruined..... still waiting for our refund as you promised, 3 months later ! Never come across someone so dishonest that clearly doesn't care about a good reputation

After more than 6 months of partial delivery of my move,they have not finished yet to bring the remaining pieces of furniture. They also have exchanged parts of my move with those of another customer. I wrote e-mails and message and I also called several times the holder to complain virtually no answered, and when he answered he did not know to give adequate information. The transporters were called many times, they have promised several times that they would deliver the rest of staff, but now is finished October and we are in mid-November, our removals started in the middle of July is not

My daughter and I used Tll to move us a few weeks ago and I was very impressed. The movers arrived 15 minutes early and were fast and efficient. The movers were polite and friendly. What differentiats This company from other movers is their affordability and quickness. They do not wear uniforms and are a little rough around the edges but I strongly recommend TLL as a top moving company.
