Comparing to Uhaul and Budget, Dysco's Customer Service is a five star, their trucks are ok, dont expect a limo but at least it is functional. Rates are affordable, the contract is very straight forward. I would use them again. I am a single woman from France - stressed by moving. When I came to the office, Tony was very helpful.

Ive tried lots of truck rental companies in vancoucer, burnaby and surrey and none of them come close to dysco' services they have greater customer service, good pricing compared to others. Tonny is an awesome person to work with he is my go to guy when it comes to trucks i will never go to uhaul anymore

It was a busy week and we had a U-Haul cancel. After calling around to many places, we luckily found Dysco available for a next-day truck rental. Absolute lifesaver! The process itself was quite smooth, although be aware that the location is just a lot with trucks and no actual building, and the trucks themselves are tagged with graffiti, but drive well. The cost was roughly double of an equivalent sized U-Haul for a day rental.

I had a very positive experience with DYSCO Services this past weekend. After a system outage with UHaul which left me unable to check-in for my reservation, I found DYSCO on a Google search and connected with Tony to secure a truck same day at a reasonable price. Tony was very helpful and even offered some pro-tips on how to safely operate the truck while on the road. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a large truck to move their items and is in a bind.

I hired Dysco Moving at the last minute I made last calls to different moving companies and chose Dysco. I was very satisfied with there work. They were efficient and professional with there service. I found the job was done less than what I was quoted by other moving companies . I strongly recommend their Services tother people.

Truck cab was filthy, dash had mud on it, smokers used it before.
Interior of truck box had about a gallon of sand and dirt on floor from previous rental.
Back door was damaged so I had to push it in to get lock to work.
Truck bed had a hole in it. Truck box also leaked from front ceiling.
Shocks gone. Front tires had half pressure in them, until i filled tires to proper pressure,truck was dangerous to drive. I drove 2ton flatbeds and cubevans in the past and this is not how a truck is maintained.

I rented a cube truck last weekend for a small, 1 bedroom apartment sized move.
Was given the hint from a friend, especially after checking out Budget and then reading about some of the problems they've been giving their customers.
From the initial booking, to the communication and pickup of the vehicle, right through to dropping it off, the entire experience was top-notch.
The business owner (I dealt with the Kingsway location in East Burnaby) was professional, thorough and pleasant.
The price was exactly as quoted and was charged accordingly upon return.
Not much else to say - nothing

We rented a truck from Dysco for a couple moves and were very happy with both the price and location. The truck was perfect for our needs and about what you'd expect form a moving truck - no frills in the cab and a nice clean box with wood floors, tie downs and wall braces. UHaul is such a drag if you live in East Van since you either have to get the truck from some remote location or you have to have them deliver one to you in a more local spot. Dysco is conveniently located on Terminal which made everything smooth and easy.

I've just moved from vancouver to north van and used Dysco Services. they told me to move a two bedroom apt it would take approx 5 hours. they are paid by the hour and its 99/hr. after five hours they hadnt even left the first location, my husband ended up helping unpack and threw everything in the living room just to get rid of them. so in total it took six hours to load and an hour and half to unload. When we called to complain and see why there was such a discrepancy in time estimates the manager basically told us they can leave our stuff on the sidewalk if we wanted them to stop. so i
