Thanks for visiting www.yourvancouvermortgagebroker.ca now I'll tell you a little about myself. I'm a lifelong Vancouver resident. I grew up in the Westside neighbourhood of Dunbar and now reside in East Vancouver with my wife and two young children. I graduated from UBC in 2006 with a Bachelor of Economics and in 2007 I decided I would like to focus my skills in the mortgage area of real estate finance and obtained my sub broker license.

As a founder of Vanderkamp Vancouver, I have executive control over our lender relationships. We have the highest standards of business and expect that quality to be reciprocated by our lenders, which is then passed to our clients.
Whether you are purchasing for the first time or you've lost count now I can help organize the process and make it go very smoothly. Many clients first contact me to get a pre approval, where I will calculate based on standard lending guidelines how much mortgage they can afford.

As time passes and circumstances change your mortgage may no longer suit you financial needs. You may see the benefit in refinancing for various reasons such as taking equity to payout debt, pay for a child's education or to open a secured line of credit for investment purposes to name just a few. Whatever you situation, I can bring a large array of mortgage options to the table.
Several months ahead of your mortgage renewal date is the best time to shop you mortgage to prospective lenders. Because at the end your mortgage term there is no penalty I can transfer your mortgage to the best lender and it won't cost you anything. Your bank may have had a great rate initially, but on renewal there could be more competitive rates and specials out there.

I was looking for a place for the past three years. Iain tells me I am his longest client! He gathered my information which he kept on file until I was ready. We only met up to sign the papers after my offer on a place was finally accepted. I appreciate that he looked out for me in getting a good rate. I like that he responds to emails quickly outside bankers hours. And there's no fee for his helpful service! Friendly, efficient service. He sincerely wants the best for your situation.
