Guests of The Parkside Hotel & Spa enjoy complimentary access to our 25-metre pool. Just put on your suit and robe, and head down to the first floor, we've got pool towels for you in the change room. Pool access is first come, first serve up to a maximum of 25 guests in the pool at a time. Members must check-in at the recreation desk to punch their pass and receive an access key for the pool change rooms/fitness centre.

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. When we need a stay over in Victoria this is the first port of call. The staff are super friendly, take great care of you. The hotel itself is in a great location. The rooms are very clean, tidy and always spot on. our dogs (westie's) love staying here too, they get spoiled by the staff! Overall we love this place and we cannot see why you would not too.

I received a 90 minute massage from Laura and was in heaven with her amazing ability and expertise to release months of stress trapped up in my body . She knew the areas of discomfort and I felt so much better after being in her very capable hands. She is a very smart , compassate professional who listens to her patients and knows how to help for them for optimum health. I would highly recommend Laura . The spa and hotel were clean and beautiful and was such a delight . Highly recommend

Best hotel stay I have ever had! Never thought I would get to stay at such a beautiful hotel for my staycation, friendliest staff, amazing beautiful suites, pool and hot tub amazing and the attendants were so kind, always lots of towels available(even a bathing suit dryer in change room! , the Koi pond was something I have always wanted to see and was so pretty, can’t wait to stay again in a few months thank you to all the staff who made our night incredible

Well I never have stayed here, I have visited for the gingerbread houses. I love the koi pond with the fishes it's so beautiful and I appreciate how this hotel has the most gingerbread houses to look at each Christmas season. The lobby is very beautifully decorated has great artwork a very big fireplace and it's very cozy.

We had a spectacular stay here. Close to all the shopping and restaurants, BEAUTIFUL rooms, exceptional staff. We had a wonderful experience. They accommodated our requests, made everything so easy and enjoyable, provided the CUTEST marshmallow roasting date and even upgraded our room at check-in! 10/10 will stay here every time we visit Victoria!

We stayed a few times in this Hotel. Staff is always friendly and very attentive. This time, we stayed with our young two children during Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was under maintenance but we had fun at the swimming pool and the Marshmallow on the roof top was a good experience. The room and the service were good but it might be a bit far from the inner harbour or restaurant in downtown if you have young kids, but still walkable distance.
