Truck I ordered was delayed due to chip shortage. I was very fortunate to have an opportunity to pick up one very similar in build as I’ve been waiting for nearly 6 months for my factory order to come in. Bruno was the sales man I ordered my truck with and after expressing my issues with being without a truck for as long as I have I was first to find out when he had two regular stock trucks show up. Save your time go elsewhere. We went in today, walked around some vehicles in the lot. Then went inside talk to a receptionist (who was very nice and polite.) Took some photos of the new bronco. Very nice vehicle. Then waited around for help. After sometime we left. As three salesmen were outside smoking. Another one was loudly swearing about something.
So you could probably find a friendlier dealship anywhere else.

I have bought two trucks from City. The only reason is because they are willing to finance anyone! So if you do need a decent vehicle and have terrible credit come here. Both trucks were good trucks. However the salesmen are vultures. Seriously like badly over aggressive. And once the sale was done the service went way down. I wasn't given a spare key or tire. Basically you can overpay for a decent truck but don't expect amazing service....
