Contacted them to get a quote on a tow for an RV. Was told between $150 and $250/hr depending on the weight. Was asked to send a photo of the RV, which I did and received an email stating "$150/hour". Booked the tow which was a total distance of 44 km from tow yard to the destination.

Got billed at a rate of $250/hour for 2.5 hours. Asked for an accounting of the driver's time which they say they track with GPS. They took 30 minutes to hook it up (seems excessive), then took 70 minutes to drive 44 km which means they drove less than 40km/hour in an 80km/hr zone (I've never
