Called for a winch out of the ditch. The driver showed up earlier than the ETA given to me over the phone! He was very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable and very careful with my vehicle. The driver then waited for me to test drive my vehicle to see if my wheel was damaged and non driveable which would then consist of an additional tow, which with my luck ended up being the case and again he was very efficient with hooking up my car and getting me on the road headed towards my destination. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing there services! “Hopefully” I will not get

Worst service ever! Called at @ 8:35am for a tow call due a broke down vehicle sitting at an intersection. Was told that someone would be there in about an hour, 4 hours and one parking ticket later, no tow truck! I was able to drive there from Kingston with a u-haul trailer before a 'local' company was able to show up. I spoke with the manager about covering the 30$ ticket that was written at 11:35am, (3 hours after they were called), and I was told that I would be taking them to court for the 30$! Well guess what, I am taking them to court and since I don't care about waisting there time in court
