I travelled out of town about 200km away to purchase a vehicle and needed it towed home I called Brian’s towing and I’m ever so glad I did! They arrived in less then 20 mins and took great care loading my new car and got it home for me ever so fast.
The driver unloaded it for me with only directions where to go and where I wanted it and do so perfectly as I wasn’t able to make it home before the Driver did.
DEFINITELY recommend and 10 out of 5 stars!

Was travelling on the 400 hwy north towing a snowmobile trailer, all of a sudden we noticed a loud sound and vibration coming from the trailer.
We pulled off the very next exit which was innisbeach rd and into the gas station to inspect the trailer. Big Bryan towing happen to be getting a coffee and noticed we were in trouble and in need of a mechanic and possibly a tow to the nearest trailer repair. He’s very very knowledgeable and mechanically incline. He advised us that we would need a new hub for the axle and a new tire.
We went and got the parts as instructed by him and he installed right

After telling us she knew exactly where we were, the dispatcher sent a truck that could not reach us then had the audacity to tell us to call someone else after we waited an hour and a half for the wrong truck. Left stranded in the snow. Thanks for NOTHING! Don’t bother calling this company, complete waste of time.

A driver for Brian's Towing was dispatched by CAA after I got a flat tire on the way to work. I did not catch the driver's name, but he arrived in 15 minutes (CAA estimated 1 hr). He was able to work quickly, but was thorough while he swapped in my spare tire. Friendly service, would definitely trust them again.

Would recommend Brian's towing. Fast& Great service, had a break down in Port Perry on way home from a holiday, going home to Kincardine.

Brian’s Towing picked me up as a result of a BCAA call. During one of the busiest times (a heat wave with 45 deg C temps), they were able to eventually schedule me into their day. They transported my motorcycle and myself to Grand Forks from Vernon with the bike secured in a very solid setup and free of any damage. Wolfgang was friendly and… informative throughout the trip. He kept his vehicle very clean and neat - a professional tow operator of the highway caliber.
All in all, Brian’s Towing turned around a pretty rough day. I would recommend them and their derives without hesitation

Driver Brian (Truck15-8) went over and above to try & get my vehicle started prior to tow. Truck would not start but Brian got my 4x4 on dolly wheels for a safe tow to my mechanic then parked the vehicle in a spot where it was not easy to get into but perfect for the auto shop to access. I recommend Brian’s towing and will use them again.

Today I was driving alone and got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Luckily we have CAA and they came very promptly. The young man was so professional. I believe his name was Brian Noble. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing to get me back on the road again. He changed the tire and I was back on the road in no time. I was so thankful for his assistance. Thank you Brian's Towing We went in the ditch on a very icy road and Brian's Towing was there in less time than CAA told me, and they were quick to get us hooked up safely and pulled us right out. The driver was really kind and in good humour, even though it was cold and nasty weather. I'd recommend them any day to anyone needing roadside help. Kind, courteous, and respected all of our social distancing rules. Two thumbs up or 5 stars However u want to say it:)

My wife called Brian's to have her car towed from the ditch the evening of January 10th 2017, the car was well off the road and the ditch bank being so steep it was not possible to recover it with our full size truck. The dispatcher said because it was a non-emergency that we should call back in the morning when they are not so busy. We left our tow strap under the car and went home. Durham police decide was an emergency and the car needed to be removed from the ditch (too many people stopping).
We were notified later that evening that the car was available to be picked up anytime and are happy
