Jenna's Bootcamp classes are amazing! Jenna is so kind, and will make you feel comfortable no matter what fitness level you are. She always shows modifiers for every move, which makes the classes very inclusive. Classes are affordable, and there is a variety of morning and afternoon classes throughout the week.

such a welcoming environment that caters to people of all fitness levels. I've seen the most results since joining and I am always excited for every class! Jenna is great not only as a trainer but with moral support and nutritional advice. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants a positive fitness environment!

I have attended a number of classes at this studio through JennaFit and I am incredibly pleased with it. It’s clean, easy to get to, and always lots of parking. The studio has a ton of equipment which allows the instructors to run many variations in the boot camp classes. I especially love the Mommy and Me class which is run three times a week. The instructors have been very encouraging as well as helpful with the little ones, allowing us mamas to get in a full workout.

I found Jenna ( the owner/ instructor online) instantly made me feel welcome.
After my first class I was hooked!
The studio is great for all levels of fitness.
You can chose group training or opt for the more personal one on one .
Every instructor will push and motivate you!

I have absolutely no bad things to say about this studio. The trainers are so encouraging and nice but also know how to push you and watches everyones forms. Jenna is one of the few trainers I feel comfortable with - always giving bits of advice in between sets and I leave each session just drenched in sweat. The timing of the bootcamps work perfectly with my schedule and booking through the MindBODY app is so easy. I absolutely love this studio and will continue to push myself for the better.

Cannot say enough about Jenna, her team and this gym! Female powered team leads you through an amazing workout EVERY. TIME. I have done bootcamps pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and now loving my community in Mommy and Me classes with my little man! I would (and always do) recommend Jenna anytime for her professionalism, encouragement and amazing rewarding workouts!

I heard about Burlington Fitness Studio through other women on Facebook. Being a plus size woman I was hesitant to go to the gym as I felt uncomfortable and had no idea what I was doing. Jenna took the time to get to know me and what my body can do. She knows how to keep you motivated, push you when she knows you can do more and modify when need be (without making you feel singled out). I’m happy to have finally found a place that makes me excited to workout!

I am currently a member but I did not want to use my real email, so this review is anonymous. I don't want any negative backlash because of my honest review.
I love the classes. My issue is with the constant cancellations. There are at least 1 to 2 cancellations every week. I have been told that there is a minimum required to run the class. It kind of feels that if there are only a couple enrolled that it isn't worth Jenna's time to be there. It is very difficult to be consistent with working out when cancellations are so frequent. It is especially disheartening with being an unlimited member

Burlington Fitness Studio is a gym that offers boot camp and spin classes, personal training and small group training. I have been a member for many years and can honestly say it is a great gym for ALL fitness levels. All the classes are challenging, yet fun. Each exercise has modifications for all levels. The atmosphere is encouraging and it feels like a community of women. As someone who hated the gym, I have grown to love working out! Jenna is very friendly and truly cares about her clients. I have lost inches and pounds and gained strength and confidence.

Great clean studio- lots of fun classes and personal training options. I’ve been taking my daughter since she has been 2 months to the mommy and me classes during the day. Trainer Jenna has been incredible at structuring challenging workouts for my postpartum mom bod and helping me shed the baby weight.
The mommy and me class has been a great way to get out of the and meet other “real” momma’s, it also doesn’t hurt that Jenna has baby fever and enjoys playing with the fussier babies (because who doesn’t need a break sometimes).
I wish I could give this place 10 stars - definitely
