As movement practitioners we know that movement quality is everything. We make sure all of our clients are exercising with the stellar technique, and world class exercise programming. Without good technique, its not a matter of if, its a matter of when injuries will occur. We start all our workouts with foam rolling, movement prep, and dynamic warm ups.

We provide research backed nutritional strategies to enhance fat loss, improve performance and optimize recovery. Services
Cam started his health and fitness journey studying Kinesiology at Lakehead Universtiy. Since that time, he has successfully obtained the designation of NSCA certified personal trainer, which then lead to the origin of KORE Fitness. He has also obtained many other certifications: Certified Functional Movement Specialist, Certified Suspension Trainer & Certified Movement Practitioner.

Cam is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to get along with. He is constantly checking in to see if we are meeting your nutrition, health and fitness goals. He is very friendly to a point were I feel comfortable opening up when there are particular stressors in life that are impeding me from reaching my goals. Cam even makes himself available for nutritional advice outside of the regular session with his clients. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their nutrition, health and fitness.

Cam is an AMAZING trainer! He is very knowledgeable in his profession and you can tell how passionate he is about his profession AND he truly cares about the wellness of his clients.
With Cam's help, it made my fitness journey more successful and attainable. I feel a lot stronger and more confident everyday as I can apply what I've learned from him to my solo workouts.
I don't think I would go to anyone else for help. Cam would be the ONLY person I would go to for help.
