Burlington Personal Trainer offers One-on-one Personal Training Sessions that work with YOUR schedule. Despite being spoiled with all the modern comforts, leading a happy and healthy life still comes a little less effortlessly for most of us. This does not just mean mastering your weight loss or physical image.
Experienced Burlington Personal Trainer offers personalized training and health programs for EVERYONE!. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, she has earned certifications in several health courses and training modalities. Jess attended McMaster University, where she completed her Bachelors of Science Degree, specializing in Human Anatomy.
Burlington Personal Trainer offers One-on-one Personal Training sessions that work with YOUR schedule!. And then what started as love at first sight, grew into sharing a business and now a wonderful family! Being so well-versed in exercise science and exactly how the body works, Daniel has just what it takes to get you to the next level of your fitness.
Weight loss in the absence of exercise, particularly resistance training, leads to the loss of vital lean muscle mass (not just fat), which unfortunately works against fat burning and keeping that unwanted body fat off.

After all, muscle is the only active tissue, which means that having more lean muscle mass (and no you're not going to get bulky if that's not what you're training for), burns more fat at rest, when you're doing absolutely nothing!

Bar None Fitness changed the way I look at staying fit. I came to work with Jess and Dan with no experience working out, I was nervous, and pretty ready to throw in the towel from the get go. They talked to me about what I wanted and made everything really comfortable and easy to manage. Having one on one instruction was worth it for me, big time. The approach taken and the knowledge gained from this awesome couple is what has kept me working out and staying fit to this day. Even though I have moved away they continue to support me with new routines and advice. There is no better place to go to

Trying to make positive changes in your life? First you will need the right coach and a plan. Bar None Fitness has helped me do that over the last year. Dan has created a variety of fitness routines and meal plan suggestions to help me to break the stigma and excuses that I have been providing myself for years by making it fun, safe and educational.
I found going to a large corporate gym was uncomfortable, dirty and very distracting. Bar None is private, clean and super functional.
Mostly, I am truly grateful for the constant encouragement and find it is just as much about positive mental support
