This place truly understands what customer experience should be. I went in for a cleaning and was greeted by the friendly and caring staff. Shirley performed a thorough teeth cleaning and explained everything as she went along. Shirley was truly amazing to work with. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Coming in as a new patient, they were great at providing visibility into what you may need both short term and long term.
The receptionists are also great at following up and providing visibility into how much something may cost. They also work with some insurance companies and will submit things on your behalf!

Like another reviewer, was transferred here from across the street.
I tolerated the move even though the clinic is not nearly as nice.
Not great service, hygienist has accidentally cut me more than once, and now they are canceling appointments booked weeks away because they have no staff.
Lots of great dentists in the area, do yourself a favour and do some research and you will likely be happier.
