Born in Hong Kong, Dr. Hin Long Ko spent his formative years in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. He studied at the University of British Columbia, where he received both his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiology (2001) and Doctor of Dental Medicine (2005) degrees. Dr. Hin Long Ko has had the privilege of serving his community in general dentistry for the past 8 years in Richmond, British Columbia.

Dr. Ko and the whole staff are very helpful and I am very thankful for their service to me and my whole family. We became dr. Ko's patient on a referral from family Dr. And we are thrill to have him as our family dentist. He has a healthy portfolio of patients that followed him to this new location. My understanding is that he was in Richmond before and those living in Richmond still make the drive to vancouver because of his standup service and care.

I have been to many dentists in this city and Dr. Ko and his team are the best. They treat you like your teeth actually belong to you and you deserve a day in what happens. I always feel well informed about options and feel the pricing is fair. Dr. Ko even did a procedure to buy me some time when l needed a new crown but couldn't afford it. The dental hygienists are kind and gentle during the cleanings. I actually enjoy going to the dentist, first time in my life and l'm in my 30s.

It was my first visit to a dental clinic in Vancouver and I was impressed by how thoroughly they took care of my symptoms and explain what's happening with my teeth. They were not only professional and skilled but also friendly which made me feel at home. Super clean environment, fast administration, very private treatment. I'll recommend here to everyone I know!

Dr.Ko is so thorough, experienced, skilled and most importantly, he actually cares!!
He spends the time to do a thorough health check of your teeth. This includes taking many pictures, checking your bite and letting you ask questions upon questions! I was seriously shocked at how good my experience was. I’ve been to quite a few dentists and I am certain I’ll be sticking with this one!

Dr. Ko and his team are fantastic. They have strict COVID-19 Protocols and made me feel safe. Dr. Ko is a great dentist, a very knowledgeable man. He answered all my questions and presented a realistic expectation and timeline of when to fix certain gum/teeth issues and some incredible self-management tips. I really enjoy his front desk as well. They are fun and great at what they do. He enjoys the Mandalorian Tv series... Thank you team!

Finally, my wife and I found a very good dentist Dr. Ko, He will spend a lot of his valuable time to answer all our questions professionally with all the forecast outcome for the dental work, and also with a good heart. All the staffs in his office are very nice to people, very informative to every appointment with us. To a senior couple, like us; we can say we gain back the confidence of smile now.

Dr. Ko is the most thorough and informative dentist I’ve ever been to. During my first visit with him, he explained all the x-rays in detail so that it was easy for me to understand what was going on. He gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision on my next procedure and suggested a timeline of when it should be done.
The best part was that the clinic does not feel like a dentist’s office. It is very modern and it has an open concept feel to it. It’s nice that I’m able to keep an eye on my kid watching tv while I’m sitting in the chair getting my teeth

By far the best dental clinic I have ever been. Dr. Ko actually takes the time to explain things to you clearly. He openly explains his thought/decision making process and involves you in the decision. He is very patient when you ask questions, and I asked a lot. Overall, a very satisfying experience. After my visit, I understand my teeth better than I ever have. Will be my go to dentist starting today.

As a healthcare professional myself, I fully appreciate the consultation aspect of my visits. He takes the time to explain his thinking and elicit my thoughts. In the end, we always do what's best for my health - even if it means we won't be going through a procedure that would have made him more money.
I moved to Edmonton a year ago, and I fly back to Vancouver to do my dental work. I think that says enough! Highly recommended.
