Dan and Wendy are both awesome. They helped me buy and sell two residential homes in Muskoka and purchase a recreational cottage property further north. Each purchase/sale could not have gone any smoother. Since they are Muskoka born and raised they know everything about local real estate, and if there was ever a question they couldn't answer, they knew someone who did and I had the answer in minutes. They gave me options for each purchase, and knew exactly what to look for on my behalf. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. The best sign of a good business is if they have repeat customers

I have outlined below our experience with Rolly. It was a nightmare to say the least.

When I started my search for my cottage I was sceptical about finding the right agent so I began the research on my own only to become overwhelmed with unanswered questions about cottages and cottage country. I needed help quickly; someone with knowledge of the area and the real state market. That's when I found Daniel Cleland. He started with cottage 101 lessons which help me clarify many questions I had. Daniel opened up his schedule, provided insightful information on the lakes, accessibility and amenities available in the surrounding areas.

The Inniss are lying and unethical realtors. They will say anything to sell a property and weave a tale around their web of lies. We bought a property trusting them and
1 were pressured to pay full price based on a presumed long list of people biding
2 were assured hydro poles would be moved at no cost to us to be told Fay before closing this was not the case and pressured again to close or lose the property to other bidders
3. Were shown pictures of a waterfront on which we based our decision only to find out after closing that this waterfront was on someone else's property
These lies have

We were fortunate enough to have Wendy as our agent in our search for a cottage. As a first time buyer in the area, we had a long wish list that had to fit into our budget.
