We provide dish clothes, tea towels, dish soap, coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper, paper towels, bathroom hand towel, hand soap and toilet paper. Drinking water, digital cable with 40 TV, VCR/DVD players and wifi/internet are provided. Please bring your own towels, we supply the bedding. Each cottage has a BBQ and lawn chairs are available.
The main dock, across from Little Falls, has a screened Gazebo, patio tables and chairs. It is a common area to use with other guests as well as the camp fire pit. Wood is provided. Also enjoy our cedar sauna at the main dock. These are housekeeping cottages so please, when you leave, make it as clean as you found it.

This is one of my absolute favorite places I have ever stayed with the family ! The owners are amazing to deal with so great with the kids and very helpful with anything at all! The cottages are cute and everything you need nothing too fancy how a cottage should be ! The whole family enjoyed the paddle boats and kyacks and exploring the water around lots of animals to check out. The kids loved the experience so much we are so excited to be going back ! We will definitely be making this a yearly thing if not twice a year like we have done this year !

This family-friendly wonderful grouping of cottages is perfect for a weekend getaway or even an extended vacation as you're able to easily get into town for small things or you can do a quick drive down to Orillia the Casino Rama there's even golfing nearby. I find that with the dock having a fully stocked kitchen area fire pit area and seating area there is always something to do you can go swimming off the dock or fishing there's also an open damn right there which provides the fun current. Near the end of the dock there are paddle boats and canoes available to take rides it truly is a perfect

The owners, Cathy and Dennis, are so pleasant. They made us feel so welcomed, and reassured us if there was anything we needed they would take care of it. The cottage was clean and well-kept. The grounds were terrific. We could use the canoes, kayaks and the paddle boat. They have a small beach for the little ones. All the life jackets were provided. There is wifi if you need it, but we tried to just enjoy the outdoors as much as we ciuld. Each cottage has a BBQ as well as a kitchen. There are also a couple fire pits. It is such a lovely, peaceful property. I recommend it to anyone who wants to

Great location and extremely friendly service with all the amenities you need. We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed a relaxing and serene lookout over the water. Only a 15min walk into town for breakfast and groceries. Used the canoe and bbq then enjoyed a cold beer overlooking the water. Great place!
