When searching for an ad with parking, the search feature is only searching for a match. For example if you are searching for indoor parking you will want to try two searches, one using "in" and another using "both" to get more results with indoor parking. If you require none you still may want to search for one with parking as some apartments will give you a discount if you choose not to use their parking facilities.
