This husband & wife team have owned and managed PoCoVisionCare since 1994 and have become well known for their personable, honest approach to reliable, thorough, primary eye care, including eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. Dr Jennings has treated me for many years. I find her to be extremely caring, knowledgeable, dedicated and highly skilled in her field. Dr. Jennings goes above and beyond to accommodate patients' needs, answering questions in a clear and precise manner. Cannot say enough about her! I highly recommend Dr Jennings and would give her TEN stars if I could!!

Dr Jennings takes time to explain things thoroughly in layman’s terms. I found her to be knowledgeable and efficient in her diagnosing my condition and applying treatment.

I booked an appointment for my wife. When we showed up, the clerk said there was a $50 fee. My wife is under the care of an eye specialist for some eye issues, so previously the fee had always been waived. Also, we are over 65, so BC Med pays. He said that they didn't have a letter on file from the specialist. He also said that we should have been told about the fee when we booked. I wasn't. The only reference to a fee was on the confirmation text, and it said there would be a $50 charge for missed appointments. So he reduced the fee to $25. She was in and out in 5 minutes with a simple prescription

Wonderful Doctor! Dr. Hughes expertly diagnosed the cause of my blurry vision, it was a spontaneous retinal tear/detachment! His office kindly arranged for an emergency retinal repair the very next day. I cannot thank Dr. Hughes enough. He saved my vision. I trust my entire family's eye health to this eye clinic.

I have been going the Dr. Jennings for over 20 years and every time I come away I feel like I have learned so much more. She educates you about everything, takes time to explain things and could not be any more professional and knowledgeable.

It seems like Ben has been there forever and he always helps with finding just the right pair of glasses with or without all the extras. He has never been anything but knowledgable, friendly and professional.
Anyone who gives this place a bad review should look to themselves.
I won't trust my eye care to any other place.

Disappointed. Very unprofessional conduct. Was there for years as a client. Got treated with utmost disrespect. Don't recommend going to this optometry clinic. If you want courtesy, and respectful treatment, look elsewhere. Staff leave alot to be desired. Don't treat people with patience and respect at all. Thumbs down.

I had scheduled an appointment for myself and my wife after the way the doctor handled my six year old son.
However, I arrived at home 5 hours prior to the appointment time after working a 27 hour shift and woke at the time our appointments were to begin. I called in immediately and explained to the woman answering the phone the situation in an attempt to push or reschedule. We were told that we are “canceling this appointment” and would now be charged an additional $45 each if we chose to continue giving this doctor our business.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Will not visit again.
I have been a regular client for many years, and recently came for a vision exam. Dr. Deborah Jennings was the one who examined me. She said my eyes are getting worse from wearing incorrect contact lenses. When I asked her which contact lenses she recommended, she said "I'm not going to bother telling you since you buy them online anyways". I am a university student, and if I can save money by purchasing contacts online I will do that. They also do not cary many types of contacts brands.
