Dr. Gordon Wong graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to graduate from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Gordon Wong has completed a clinical externship focusing on ocular disease (Omni Eye Services - Atlanta, GA).
Dr. Tej Dhaliwal completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary, before going on to graduate from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to graduate from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree, with Dean's List and Beta Sigma Kappa full academic and clinical honors.
Our clinic located in East Hastings, Vancouver, has over 20 years of experience and has served tens of thousands of people across BC. Ordered and paid for 90 contacts but received 60. Seems like a basic fix but instead was told I would just have to pay for the remaining 30 (which I already did). No common sense. Took 2 phone messages and one email over 9 days to finally have someone call me back. Nobody bothered apologizing throughout any interaction. Ridiculous.

I liked this place alot i got great glasses .they did their best to make sure that they did their best to do good professionnels testing on my eyes they were guick polite friendly and made sure I was pleased with my new glasses on how they looked and how they fit mt face and i was very happy and they had a nice teamwork and professionnels and they did a very good job . i will go back to Image Eye place at Seven Oaks Mall i walked away happy , from Linda Richardson

From eye examinations to picking up glasses, service was the best we ever experienced. Everything from ease of making appointments, eye examination, selection and cost of glasses, and finally picking up glasses, was done with professionalism, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I bought a pair of glasses from them for $448. They did not last a year. They promised a two year warranty. After less than a year of use they look like this. They were very happy to sell and kind at the time of the sale. I went back for warranty follow up and they said the damage was cause by the fluids that my skin releases and therefore it was my fault and the warranty was over.
Through my work, as a personal choice I put over 112 people through their doors. They called my work and complaint about a personal issue. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
