I'm not from London and was just in town for a hockey tournament. I woke up to find my truck had a flat tire and had to get it fixed quick. I called several other places including Canadian Tire and explained my dilemma. They all said, sorry, can't help you. I found Arrow on Google and they told me to bring my truck by and they'd look after me. Got the truck there and they patched it in no time for under $25. I was very thankful given the circumstances. My 18 year old son bought a used car from Arrow auto. We are from Windsor so we had about 3 other cars we were going to look at in the London area. Ben threw us the keys to a 2011 Lexus and told us to take our time. He even came in and opened the shop when it was closed for the holiday. Needless to say we fell in love with the car and purchased it. Being from Windsor made it challenging for license plates etc, and Ben took care of all that. So on the day of picking up the car it was detailed and plated ready to go. We were very happy with the customer service that Ben provided. I wouldn't think

I've been using Arrow Auto for about 3 years. They are always very helpful and explain everything before doing any work. They also have very reasonable prices for labour and parts. All of the work I have had done was always done very quickly without any issues. I definitely recommend Arrow for all of your auto needs.

They are honest and fair priced. I keep coming back because they are the only place that can ever figure out the real cause of my car's mechanical problem. The dealership I used to go to tried to fix a same problem 3 times!! So gave these guys a try, they found the root cause, fixed it, like a mechanical shop should, but rare these days. They knew what I went through so would've been easy for them to rip me off and make me spend more.

These guys actually do their job, right! In the past I have always gone to the Honda dealership to get my car maintained. One week after an oil change service (at the dealership) I had my car in for detailing at Arrow Auto, and the staff showed me some very alarming findings! My air/cabin filters haven't been changed- ever- in 3 years! Even though the checklist from Honda indicated they were fine. The guys at Arrow also found that some animals had made a home under my hood for quite some time and had nesting leaves,'fluff' and other debris all throughout the engine
