Lou doesn't want your business.
I went there twice to try to get service and was treated to the 'Lou' experience both times. First time was for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I was turned away because he was too busy. Second time for AC service and I was given a lecture about how AC repairs are expensive . Well duh...
If you enjoy being looked down upon by an uppity repair shop guy, this is your place.

I would like to thank Lou and his team
I recently had my daily driver starter motor completely fail on me. So after a few calls and visit to a couple garages I decided to go to Dundas Automotive Repair. I wasn't able to get it towed in till Thursday night and asked if there was any chance it could be replaced by Friday. Lou said he'd do his best to accommodate me. Well he and his team came threw. Friday 'tonight' I was able to pick up my daily driver after work. Not only did they get it done super fast. They did it at the cheapest rate of the 3 garages I had looked into doing it.
