Our team is friendly, professional, and reliable. David, Michael, and Jason are all graduates of the leading Motive Power program at Fanshawe College. Together, they possess over 50 years of combined experience in both dealership and independent settings. We regularly maintain appropriate licensing and industry knowledge through ongoing continuing education and certification programs.

I had a older model Honda civic towed in because the starter needed to be replaced. I told the mechanic that it was the starter that had failed and was what was needed to be replaced. He told me he would have to do a scan on it to make sure and I stated that scans not really needed because I knew the starter was the problem. When I picked up the car the next day my bill was just over $751.00 . The starter cost was approximately $220.00 . I was charged just over $150.00 for the scan that told them it was the starter. the rest was time and supplies. I paid the tow separately. Yes he was nice and

After 10 years of good service at our former mechanic were nervous to try a new mechanic a little closer to home when we bought our new vehicle. However, Village Auto exceeded all expectations. We loved the ease that the text reminders and digital copy of invoicing post-service provided with clear part pricing, labour costs, detailed check list of work completed, and even photos of anything that was recommended to need replacing (i.e. belts, filter, etc.)! We have been getting our car(s) serviced here for many kilometres now. Very ethical shop that takes the time to get to know you and your vehicle. They stand behind their work, they explain the work before and after the job is done. Extremely friendly service and very accommodating staff. I have no hesitation recommending them and very much appreciate having this excellent neighbourhood shop to help us extend the life of our automobile.

Mike is very personable and professional. He advises me on appropriate measures to take to keep my ten year old Honda as long as possible. It’s an excellent location for visiting the village while your car is being worked on. The prices are in line with other service providers. I would recommend Village Auto Care.

I have been taking my car to Village Auto Care for a number of years now. Mike and the team there have always been incredibly professional and know me by name - it really is a local business in that way. In addition to my regular service, I've had a number of one-off incidents (flat tire, weird noise, etc.) where I've needed help and Mike has always fit me in on the spot or same day. I know I can always count on them! I also appreciate that Mike will let you know if something can wait or if it needs to be done immediately. I highly recommend Village Auto Care.

There is no better place for vehicle repair! I would not take my car anywhere else. Dave and Mike are amazing. They treat you like a real person, not a number, not a pay cheque... I trust what they tell me, pricing is fair and most importantly they honour their work. Top notch shop, quality repairs and great customer service. They having been servicing my vehicles for at least 10 yrs and i just can’t say enough about them.
