It is always our goal at the office of Dr. Douglas Haberstock and Associates to offer our patients the very best orthodontic care in Edmonton, AB and the surrounding communities. We believe in furthering our education to learn all we can. This not only benefits us, but also helps our patients. We use this knowledge to provide you with the most up-to-date treatments so that you have a smile that you are pleased to display.
If after the initial examination appointment you wish to proceed with orthodontic therapy, then we will schedule an appointment to gather orthodontic records. It is at this time that we will obtain radiographs (X-rays), photographs and initial study models. Once these orthodontic records have been analyzed by Dr. Haberstock and Associates, he will formulate a definitive treatment plan.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
It is our mission to provide you with affordable orthodontic treatment that fits your budget! Following an initial payment when braces are placed, the remainder of your fee is divided into convenient monthly payments. We are a non-assignment office. Like most specialists, we do not direct bill the insurance companies.
We know that it can be uncomfortable visiting an orthodontist office, especially on the first occasion. Some people have an overwhelming fear of visiting a dentist or an orthodontist. Because of this, we strive to offer our patients a welcoming and comfortable office. We also have a wonderful staff that is dedicated to providing you with a pleasing visit each time that you enter through our doors.
