My car broke down, so I Googled local tow companies and chose Urban Tow Trucks based on reviews. Rodney showed up within the hour and was friendly and professional as he towed my vehicle to the shop. My experience was so good that I had no problem calling them again a few days later to get my vehicle towed from the shop to my home. The dispatcher recognized me when I called in, and Rodney came and towed my vehicle again with the same experience as the first time, within 15 minutes of my call.

Friendly and professional service from the first phone call! The tow truck driver even went into the ally and helped us move my Jeep into the garage even when it wouldn’t start. Expertly navigated the ice and snow to his advantage too so we didn’t have to push it up a giant slope. 100% recommend these guys. I hope to never have to use them again but if I ever need a tow definitely will be calling them.

Our car died in the parking garage, we pushed the car as close to the door as possible. After a few calls to other companies, Urban towing was the only one with an actual tow truck instead of a flatbed available same day. UT was pleasant to speak to over the phone unlike the other companies, and he was just as polite and helpful in person! Will recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

I had an ignition issue on a Mercedes C300 that basically bricked my car on a tight garage. After trying, unsuccessfully, with couple other towing companies, I was referred to Urban Towing. He showed up on time, with a mint truck to pick it up and was able to, within minutes, tow it from its spot while taking care of not scratching any of the underbody. He is knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Urban Towing!

Brakes failed, made it to the side of the road. Called whoever came up on Google. First put me on hold and hung up. Next three didn't answer. These guys did.
The driver's name was Ash. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Took a direct route, didn't try to gouge, and gave me a lift home after dropping the car at the mechanic.
Five stars, great experience. I need another tow, I will call and ask for Ash. Well done guys!
