Really terrible reception whomever this woman named Holly is she sure is RUDE barking orders not giving customers the chance to talk. I understand this COVID crap but we are all in this together try being a human being and not demeaning people, not all people have covid so immediatley demanding that i get out and telling us that you can't call insurance for a pre authorization is BS done at other places. Anyways after 8 years of going here My Family will never be back. So Unprofessional!
