We are different from most property managers however, in that we do not operate as a Real Estate Brokerage and we do not sell any properties. We operate from a, real "bricks and mortar" centrally located office downtown, one block from the LRT, and have been in the same address for over thirty year. Stability is important to us. Yes we do have a 24/7 emergency response service and it is answered by a live person (not a machine). There is no extra charge for this service at this time.

We lived in an Amhurst property for a little over a year.
We always paid our rent, barely complained about anything and kept the property clean and well maintained.
When we did our initial move in walk through the house was in poor shape and the previous tenants did an sub par cleaning job. But my husband and I were patient and tried to keep and open mind. The rent was a good price and the house was really old so we kinda let small things that were wrong roll off our backs.
Over the year we had to deal with very messy and dirty neighbors that we complained about several times. Nothing was ever

I would not recommend this condo property management company. Their website claims service excellence and attention to detail, I've been waiting over a month to get my name removed from the lobby directory. This may seem like an insignificant matter, except that I told them the reason was, that I didn't want an individual to know where I live. I've emailed them 3 times about this and they haven't even responded to my last email.
If I don't get this resolved soon, I'll post other incidents of dissatisfaction and leave it up to the people reading it, to decide if

I rent a condo in Royal Oak that is managed by Amhurst. From what I have experienced and from what my landlady tells me, Amhurst is a terrible management company.
The building is never vacuumed, other than the front entrance. The hallways and stairwells are always full of dirt, stones, and other crap. It appears they have no staff that cleans this place.
When my landlord contacted Amhurst to put my name on the buzzer, it took forever. She said that's normal for them. When I have called, they never once called me back.
The underground parking is absolutely filthy. We were told that they
