I had a very negative experience with CMS that resulted in a financial loss from which I will never recover. Rather than paying their bills for months of my consulting services, they just shrugged their shoulders as though it wasn't their responsibility. It was the most damaging experience that I have had in my professional life.

After investing a large amount of money with this company, I experienced a total loss with almost no accounting for the investment. My understanding of the investment suggested very poor management and i got the feeling monies invested here were used to cover the firms other losses. My queries about the investment were disregarded and I was faced with trying to recover assets through the legal system. I did not feel the high cost of lawyers with an uncertain outcome before the courts was a good way to go. Like throwing good money after bad. I know of many others who were faced with a similar decision

Terrible service! After we moved out, CMS doesn't allow me to take the security alarm control panel and key pad so I have to spend $300+ to buy a new set. We rented that bay for more than 7 years but CMS still treated me like that way. So disappointed!!! Also, CMS never let you know the increase of operating cost on time. I always received a bill of $2000+ around 1 year later shows balance I own for operating cost, but no one told me it was increased and increased that much. It happened every year.
