Rented from this god awful company for 4 years. After a personal difference between Julia and myself I found that all of a sudden she was not going to renew my lease. Even though I always paid my rent on time, never had any issues with neighbors or partying, never had any damages in either property I rented, still she chose to cause me and my children to try and find a place within 40 days during this crazy time. I had rented from Westhawk for 6 years and have always had a good experience with them. They are always professional and very prompt if I ever had any issues and usually had someone out that day of the very next day to fix any concerns. The staff have always been very polite, kind and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent. If I am ever in the position where I need to rent again, Westhawk would be the only company I would go to. We've had Julia and her team manage our rental property for close to 2 decades. We've always found the team to be great partners in maintaining our property, finding us responsible tenants, and effectively managing the tenant relationship. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and we've never had to worry about our property even when we've been half a world away.

I went through a 2 week process to be approved during which I turned down other suites. Once approved I was brought an incorrect lease then the property manager forgot about our follow up meeting. I sent a deposit only to be notified 12 hours later that they were canceling the offer to lease. I now need to find a place in less than a week as a working single mom. They treated me with a total lack of respect and as if I was "lesser than". They are probably great if you are a landlord but as a tenant stay away.

I wish If theres an option of zero stars. If you are a tenant, stay away from these people. They are truly unprofessional. Their attitude towards tenants are rude and ignorant. If you complain about faulty devices in your house/condo/ apartment, they will ask you to fix it by yourself or charge you for that. They will try to put things on the condo building and say that its not their responsibility. We have paid rent on time and took care of the house but still lived with the faulty appliances which they never fixed.
I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Stay away and save your money.

We contacted Joanna in the beginning of September to arrange a viewing on a property. I had called, left a voicemail, emailed and texted her over a week long period. No response. I called her office and was told she is quite busy but will get back to me. Left my name and number. I sent another text a few days later. And an email a few days after that. I have dealt with Westhawk for over 15 years professionally and they are always one of the most prepared and organized clients I have. They understand the industry better then most and I refer every landlord I deal with to them for property management.
On a different note I have also rented with them for 5 years and any and all concerns have been dealt with promptly and respectfully. They take care of their tenants and the properties so anyone who has complained that they haven't done that is not telling the whole story.
