My 13 year old son has been going here for the past 18 months and just got his braces off and it even came with a goodie bag of treats! So cool! The staff are professional and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend. Dr. Badawi and his staff are exceptional. He has treated both my children, one is finished and the other nearly.

I’d like to salute SE for the amazing treatment plan they have provided my daughter Alia (10 yrs) with, I don’t consider our case as a typical one, because we received our treatment fully REMOTE!
Yes, we are located in Jordan and all we had to do was get a remote zoom consultation with Dr Badawi; after which her teeth got scanned and shared with SE, only to receive a package by mail with the Invisalign package within a week’s time, followed by a call to provide us with general instructions on Invisalign in addition to a thorough email of dos and don’ts. After that, we were good to go!

Dr. Badawi is an expert at his craft and we couldn't be happier with his service, care, and results. The whole team was extremely patient and courteous. Their service is also really innovative and turned out to be the shortest timeframe to get results vs the competitors. After a few months my wife started to feel a bit of discomfort and they immediately got us in and fixed the issue. I can't say more about how great our experience has been and my wife's teeth are perfect. If you're considering this place don't hesitate, you won't find better!!!

I am so happy with the progress that Is happening with my dental concerns! I have been dealing with TMJ issues and neck pain for way too many years. After my initial assessment, they determined that my issues are most likely related to my collapsed dental arches ( I had no idea!). Within 2 weeks of wearing my aligners, my neck pain has diminished by 95%. I’m in week 13 now and am so happy with the changes I’m seeing in my mouth! Teeth are straightening and I’m sleeping much better. I’m very happy that I took the recommendation to wear Invisalign! So excited to see how much has changed by

I had seen three other orthodontists before Dr. Badawi and their proposed treatment plans (and price tags) just didn’t make sense to me. Dr. Badawi was the only one willing to pursue a less invasive option. I finished my treatment ahead of schedule and, years later, remain grateful I went with him! He is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and runs an incredibly efficient practice. If you need orthodontics but fear the cost/commitment/etc., trust that you’ll receive the most honest and thorough care from Dr. Badawi and his team.

I have been on Invisalign for the past 6 months and I have been more than happy with the results and the help from Smile Elements.
I always needed braces due to crowding as a kid but due to finances it was never possible.
Now as an adult of 48 years old, I was directed to Dr. Badawi and his team. I now am on my way to a better smile. They are great at keeping me informed to make the right decisions for my teeth.
I have been thrilled with the service and help in getting my crowded teeth moved in the right direction. So please and highly recommend them as I now have a referral for my pre teen

Dr.Bedawi and the staff at Smile Elements are wonderful. Both of my children have had/are undergoing their ortho treatment here and we’ve been very pleased. Dr. Bedawi does what is in the best interest of the patient as opposed to being driven by $. For instance, even though I was ready to start treatments for my son earlier, he had us come for annual check ups and it was only after 2 or 3 appointments when he said that his mouth was ready. They use Invisalign which is awesome. Much easier for kids than regular braces and it has made for a couple of beautiful

I have always wanted to get my teeth straightened but was pretty nervous about the process. Dr. Badawi was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process enjoyable from beginning to end and my teeth are looking amazing! The rest of the team has always been there to answer any questions I have and they are an incredible team. I'm am beyond satisfied with the Smile Elements team. Very easy to work with. Upon first visit I felt that the dentist wanted to hear what I wanted and listened when we spoke. I've had a few mishaps (of my own doing) with my retainers and every time I've had an issue they have accommodated my odd schedule to make sure I can get seen as quick as possible and have any issues fixed. 1000% would recommend. Thank you for the help and helping me find my smile :)

The clinic is very clean and the staff are amazing! Dr. Hisham Badawi and his team are very professional, patient, warm and genuinely caring. They always make my daughter feel safe and at ease,(she normally feels uneasy and scared going to see the dentist due to bad experiences at another clinic as a toddler).

We we looking for the most non invasive place to get braces and came across Smile Elements. My daughter got her Invisalign in March and by July we are amazed at the progress. The staff and the doctor are very kind and helpful. They are able to get us in to see them super fast and are very accommodating. I would highly recommend anybody needing braces to go to Smile Elements.

I received a referral from a friend regarding this Orthodontic office. Orthodontist was good however my issue is with a person in the administration named Carla and the way in which I felt pressured to book an appointment.
I understand that they have a strict cancellation policy. However if a strict policy is in place then the staff should be accommodating to the patient to ensure that they are not being pushy or pressuring patients. There is a difference between being assertive and aggressive. I found that the person who helped me that day was aggressive.

We were told that my son would have invisaligns for one year and he would have a great smile. After one year the dentist said he still needed fine turnings so we decided to go ahead with the next set . After being reevaluated they wanted to do another whole year of invisaligns. Hugely disappointed!! And then we were treated badly when we said that we were not willing to go another year and had the nubs removed from his teeth. We never received the two retainers that we were suppose to get instead we were told to just put in the two existing invisaligns in at night even though the nubs on his
