I schedule and manage patient appointments, answer questions, process insurance, and anything else needed to make our office run smoothly. I get the great pleasure of interacting with our wonderful patients and their families on a daily basis. It's great to build relationships with them and help to give them a beautiful smile.

This office is full of unprofessional People. The Doctor has bad attitude. The receptionist are rude. The young receptionist looks like she is trying to hook up with everyone. The old one is glaring at people all the time seems like she wants to kill everyone. The staff that works inside with dr.ma are so lazy specially the Indian boy. Bad place to be at. DON'T GO HERE FOR BRACES

I have been going to this office since 2017. This is my honest opinion. A lot of other offices I visit, I see huge improvements through out the years but, this office stayed the same. I don't agree from the other reviews that front desk SHOULD wear scrubs but, it does give off a more professional look. Therefore they should consider scrubs. Also their location is considered inconvenient because it is not close to any shopping centre or food shops. But for parking there are lots of free parking around the neighborhood so not having under ground parking is OK although it's better to have then not

Solid work, been here a few years for my braces and the experience here was amazing. Better quality service is offered here as opposed to what I have heard from friends at other orthodontists. Had no issue with the braces for the entirety of my braces-period. The kind and welcoming staff are a bonus.

Original I didn't want to make a review but after seeing other people's review, I have the courage. My daughters just got their new braces here. The doctor is nice and the staff are nice too. I only have to complain about how the front desk dresses which is not professional. Like how the other person said a lot of offices workers all wear scrubs, but not this office. Also the office location is very inconvenient. My daughter other doctors and dentists office are either in Burnaby in a mall or in Richmond in a mall which makes waiting time a lot faster to pass. Waiting in dr. Ma office is very boring

I have been coming to this office for 3 years now. I'm sooo glad to leave this office. I regret starting treatment here. The office is definitely out of date. Also the no under parking situation hasn't changed. The way that the receptionist dresses is absolutely ridiculous. Do they think it's their red carpet in a fashion show or something. Like God put some scrubs on. Further more the location is for sure not convenient. It not near any shopping center so it's excruciating to wait .

I finished my invisalign journey with Dr. Ma. He and all his staffs are nice to work with. Most importantly, he is very professional and helpful in making my teeth look better and healthier. I was hesitant to start this long process at first but it turns out so worthy. I’m now super confident when talking and smiling to people. It’s never too late to make yourself better!

I went for an consultation this month and the service is horrible. I have been to many offices my entire life and this is the worst one. The doctor is too straight forward to a point I find him mean. The front receptionist is an old lady who's most likely on menopause. She is extremely rude, ignorant, loud and she glared at me the entire time. I do not recommend this place.
