We are now offering virtual consultations by combining Zoom Video Meetings with Selfie photos of your smile, which can be sent to us directly. While many kids may visit the orthodontist before or around the age of 7, it doesn't mean that braces will be put in place right away, it just means that our orthodontist will be able to spot any problems early on. Both Dr. Pocock and his staff are very caring and helpful, and made both my daughter and myself feel immediately comfortable. Dr.Popock is very thorough and super kind and both he and his staff encourage questions so you fully understand the choice of treatment and what it entails, so that, in his own words, the treatment is done “with you” rather than “to you”. The office is very clean, bright and happy! The entire experience was very positive!

My 16 year old son lost his retainer, when I called the office they told me it was going to be another $400. They also mentioned “he needs to be more responsible”. My son is ADHD so this does not surprise me that is was lost. Let’s face it kids do lose these things.
After spending over $10,000 there and I also had another child going into braces there I asked for a discount on the retainer. They said no.
I then sent a follow up email explaining how disappointed I was with no reply. I called today to ask if they have received the email and they said yes. When I asked why they didn’t reply

We had a very awesome experience. We love coming to this office with our 4 of 7 children. Our 12 year old is very comfortable coming to see Dr Pocock, we love everything about his office, everyone is so nice, love that you can brush your teeth before you appointment (before covid) incase you forgot to before coming.

My daughter Maya previously received negligent orthodontic care by another provider. Her teeth were a mess and her self esteem destroyed when we were referred to Dr Pocock. Firstly, he reassured us he could help and gave us hope. So kind and respectful. Second, the results have been unbelievable. Her entire face has changed in a remarkable way and I can see her confidence gradually returning. What a gift and worth every penny!! Lastly, such a beautiful office space and lovely caring staff. I feel uplifted when I get to visit. So grateful we found this practice!

I've just finished my orthodontic treatment with the Pocock team. I actually felt a little loss to think that I won't see them all for regular visits - it's been a real pleasure. I'd dash over from work on the Seabus mid-day for my appointment and walk back to the station afterwards feeling like I'd visited friends. The whole office works like clockwork; it's an efficient operation and all the staff is lovely. They help each other - it's a nice team. I had orthodontist experience before at the other clinic. I thought he was good at children, so I brought my son here and it was the most wrong decision I ever made. I was fooled by the pre consulting and made the payment after that. But the service and manner are not as good as the first time and totally can't compare with the treatment I was took at the other clinic. I feel that we have been treated differently. Really bad experience.

Most terrible orthodontist on the planet. He decided to pull my first premolar on only one side. As the result of his treatment my face (nose, mouth, chin) became slanted to one side by about 10 degrees. He tried blaming ME! He said to me, "why didn't you tell me before taking your braces off that your face became slanted?" And silly me thought he was the doctor here! Then he gave me an estimation of 11k for putting the braces back on and try to re-align everything.
