This company took over from our previous rental company PAD rentals (highly suggest them, great, caring people) I called them saying we needed a few days for rent as we got the letter on the 30th and rent was due the 1st and they insisted we send them a EMT or we would pay a $50 late fee and interest on rent. I sent my half of rent and a few days later PAD rentals called me asking for rent. Turns out abbey rentals was not our new company and they refused to give me my money back and would not answer any of my calls. When they finally did they told me I had to email support and would not talk to
