Buyer be warned!! This guy is NOT to be trusted. He billed me for things monthly that were fabricated and made up. Then when I would ask my tennants if he did the work they had no idea what i was talking about and said he did nothing. I fired him, sold the property and he sent me an invoice that he "forgot" about from 2014 for checking the smoke detecors! He asked me for $300 for old tests he claims he did. Meanwhile I had to pay to have them all replaced and had my Dad install them when I sold the place because none of them were working! The guy is unreal and should not be in businesses
