I had several poor experiences with SPM. I never once felt supported by this property management company and/or enjoyed the time I lived in one of their rental properties. In an unfortunate situation I had experienced with another tenant, SPM failed to maintain my safety and made several comments on how they would fix an issue which never was… fixed. I will not rent another property with SPM and I do suggest others use caution went renting a unit of theirs and if they experience any situations I have experienced, they strongly advocate for themselves and not allow a property management company

We lived at a property managed by Strano property Management for 2 years. They suddenly asked us all to move out without giving us any appropriate explanation and when we asked them to give us few extra days to live as the new place where we are moving in has time slots for move in due to covid - one of their managers (savannah) talked abusively… for no apparent reason. She didn't even hear my explanation and just wanted us out of the house. She said "she doesn't care about covid and issues surrounding it as it is none of her business". This experience was worse than I've ever had with any

Unfortunately I was not entirely impressed with Strano Property Management. I would not recommend them to anyone. Can’t even get someone(Tammy, Savannah)to answer our emails to get the issues solved in our home. If you are renting your home, honestly don’t even bother paying these people because the work doesn’t get done.
