Bed bugs and roaches doesn't bother this company they must sleep well at night knowing the third world conditions they allow people to live in don't bother asking for repairs to be done because their solution is to take a picture every year and promise it will be resolved and don't forget they are too cheap for proper garbage disposal they'd rather make people ill and leave it in the foyer congratulations Malcolm Millar for being nominated slum lord of the year

I'm giving able properties a 5 star review because of malcolm. he's an incredibly kind man with a good heart. he's charming and funny- as well as very accepting of people on the lower end of the wealth spectrum. sure he's not perfect but who is? absolutely none of the people giving him bad reviews that's for sure.
he reminds me of my grandpa that i lost in 2010, and i'm so glad to be able to call him my landlord. i'm on odsp with no job currently, and he didn't turn me away like every other landlord of apartments i applied for. the building is gorgeous. it's a beautiful old victorian house with

The property managers at ABLE are slumlords with contempt for their tenants. Their criminal mismanagement of property has caused untold injury, suffering and possibly death. If you care for your family stay clear of these scoundrels.

One of London's worst property management companies your above average run of the mill slumlords but what sets this slumlord head and shoulders above the regular slumlord is their President Malcolm Millar this piece of work is drunk must of the time so good luck getting him to come and fix anything broken in your unit in-fact I just finished suing the property owner at my house and Malcolm was the property manager well I won 3 months in rent back at the min. he costed the property owner $2,325 and that is before the owners legal costs! If you are in need of a property manager I would stay clear
