We want you to keep coming back year after year to experience our traditional form of service; the type you would expect from a trustworthy and friendly, family run business. From the moment you walk through the door, you become a part of our extended family. We believe in getting back to the basic principles of a neighborly attitude, friendly smile and a dedicated, hard-working team to get the job done right.
Call or send an email to us and we will schedule you in for an appointment. The average estimate takes about 15 minutes. If your estimate is for an insurance company, please bring your insurance papers into the office with you on the appointment date. As to not impede production, please do not enter the work area of the body shop, park in the rear stalls, or in front of the bay doors.
We work with you in the best possible way; from our initial contact, through to the pickup of your vehicle, we keep you up to date with each step of the repair process. In the event that repairs deviate away from the initial estimate or hidden damage is found, it's important to us that you have an understanding what will be done to your vehicle.
Whether you are insured by ICBC or a private insurance company, call and give them the specific details about what has happened. This process is called "filing a claim". They will issue you a claim number and may give you a list of ICBC accredited or private insurance repair shops in your area. The shops that fix your vehicle are called "Body Shops" or "Collision Repair" shops.
Find out how to report a claim for vehicle damage or emergency roadside expenses, repair glass damage or make a witness report. You can report a claim online or by phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The name and address of your preferred or nearest repair facility if the vehicle is not driveable.

100% would recommend for all your needs. Super friendly and super helpful. Customer service was exceptional and they fixed my car up quick and it looks brand spanking new. Ben in particular was awesome to work with and answered all my questions and ensured was well informed of all the work needed to be done and confident that it was completed flawlessly. if you are needing a shop this is the place to go!

I had taken my car in back in April/May of this year, the work they did on my car was amazing. The best part was they did not over charge, their quote came in better than any other I was given. I am hoping to get my partners car in for some paint work on the trunk sometime soon.
I will recommend them to anyone who asks if I know of a good body shop.

I would highly recommend New Planet Collision. I went there for a body repair ICBC claim. Due to some complications with my car's body other shops weren't willing to work on my car, but New Planet took on the job and did amazing work, and my car came out looking just as it had before the accident. They even put in several hours of unpaid work fixing an additional problem with my vehicle that was not part of the claim. The customer service was phenomenal and Ben explained everything in detail as this was my first claim. They truly went above and beyond in all ways, and I will absolutely be going

New Planet Collision took perfect care of me. I went in for a hit-and-run ding on my front bumper. It was an ICBC claim. The staff were so kind, and communicative! Ben kept me in the loop the entire time—he called me at each stage of the process with updates! He connected me with the car rental company, and arranged a pick-up for me. My car was in and out in only four days (I’m sure it would have been faster if it hadn’t been over the weekend). It looks brand new!

I brought my Mercedes SUV to this shop for a repair after a van backed into me in a parking lot. They set me up with a hassel-free rental car and completed the repair flawlessly. It was also a pleasant surprise that they detailed both the interior and exterior of my vehicle prior to pick up...it hasn't sparkled this nice in a long time. Thanks so much Ben and New Planet! I would hesitate to recommend your repair shop to anyone.

This place is the place to go. From the efficiency of getting things done, to the quality of work done, to the amazing customer service from Ben.
I got into an accident and these guys were the closest to my house and they were open during this pandemic. They provided me with a courtesy car and got my car repaired within a week. Fingers crossed I don't get into anymore accidents, but if I did I would come back here and recommend anyone to see these guys!

My car was hit in a parking lot and the front bumper was left scratched, dented and out of place. I was very satisfied with my experience at New Planet. The service was quick, friendly, and they went above and beyond. I was expecting it to be difficult dealing with ICBC but they made it easy. When I picked up the car it was clean inside and out, and they used extra paint to touch up a scratch that was on the side of the car. You would never know it was hit in the first place. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs.
