The team Dan Keaney & Associates team continues to focus on the mental well-being of our clients and their families.

Dan Keaney & Associates Counselling Services began providing therapeutic, consultative and educational services in 1990. The organization has grown into a group of community professionals with substantial experience, expertise and education. As a group we are well-resourced and are able to provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of situations and problems.
Services
Clients are encouraged to check their EAP/EFAP programs and health care benefits for possible coverage for Social Worker. Where there is no coverage available, fees are charged on an hourly rate and are payable on the date of service. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Limited weekend and evening appointments are also available.
Cynthia obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree and Master of Social Work degree from Laurentian University. She is passionate about assisting individuals achieve their goals through empowerment and strengths-based approaches while providing client-centered care to create an atmosphere in which they can communicate their thoughts and feelings with certainty that they are being understood.
Dan is a graduate of Laurentian University and Wilfred Laurier University and has been in the field of Mental Health treating youth, adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 40 years. He has been in private practice since 1989 and founded Dan Keaney and Associates Counselling and Consultation Services in 1998.
Meghan has a Honours Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa and Social Service Worker Diploma from Cambrian College. Over the past 15 years in her career as a professional communicator with lived experience. Meghan has developed the ability to understand, build rapport and connect with people.
Melinda is a bilingual Social Worker with her Bachelor of Social Work from Laurentian University and Social Service Worker Diploma from Cambrian College. Throughout her career she has worked with individuals struggling with substance misuse, mental health, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relapse prevention and anxiety.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate lower than a one. I rate this due to the abysmal services of one of their counselors. I understand everyone has a different experience, and yours may be a good one, but mine was quite unpleasant.

Very down to earth. Made me feel welcome and normal. Didnt feel like a clinical setting. Very warm and comforting.
