From the majority of reviews and my past experience I can say this driving school is the best! Don't be alarmed by any misguiding reviews! I took a 10 hr driving and 15hr theory from here and I had a great experience. Amazing learning experience. I did not know how to drive at all going into the lessons but with the help of the instructors (especially Mr. Mirza) i was able to get my license on my first try!

Theory classes are at same location of school for customer convenience (unlike other homerun driving school).We are not home run so there is a receptionist always available for customers concerns. Most of our Instructors are part owners of the Institution, so we do care about the services. Our office is located at very convenient location: Unit #115-55 Westwinds Cres.

If you want to apply for an Alberta operator's licence you must have proof of identification like your Passport, Landing Paper, Permanent Resident Card, Health Card, any registered mail sent to you by Alberta Government etc. An operator's licence may only be issued to residents of Alberta. A resident is a person lawfully entitled to be in Canada, who makes their home in Alberta and is ordinarily present in Alberta.
If you are a New Resident or Immigrant who recently moved into Alberta may use a valid operator's licence from outside of Alberta for the first 90 days of your residency. You must apply for your Alberta operator's licence and surrender your old licence within those 90 days. It is illegal to hold more than one valid operator's licence.
Arrive at school five to ten minutes early and leave five minutes late to avoid the mad dash into and out of the parking lots. Many collisions happen when teens are rushing around. While you are learning and improving your skills, avoid turning left across busy intersections that do not have left turn traffic light controls.

Instructor Naveen helped me and he is very patient, friendly and professional. He made it easy for me to understand the driving rules. He explained each situation of driving with real life examples. It really helped me to memorize the rules of each difficult situation during my driving. As a result I attended in Class 5 Advanced road test confidently and passed the test in first attempt. I am glad to be a student of Above all safety. Sarah helped me facilitate the course very sincerely. I highly recommend of this driving school.

I highly recommend this driving school. Although I'm not a brand new driver, I am very nervous during driving tests. And there are many different rules here as compared to my home country. My instructor, Paul (I call him Mr Paul because he is just simply gallant) taught in a way that was stress free and easy to understand. I didn't have the confidence to pass but he said I would. And I did! And I can finally execute a perfect parallel parking. Thank you Mr Paul.

I passed my driving test with their help on the first attempt. I have had a learner for a very long time and I attempted road test many times with instructions received from other schools but never felt confident enough during the road test. Prior to getting instructions from Seema and Paul, I felt very afraid during the road test. But with their support and guidance I felt very comfortable driving. Both of them are very patient and thorough.

All the instructors except Naveen are beyond unprofessional. Honestly, wouldn't even give it 1 star. I took 2 classes with this guy Paul, and while he was teaching me I told him that I recently purchased a civic for which the insurance is a bit high but I will get hands on experience that will benefit me in long term. I also said that I felt… confident to book the test myself after the last class since I drove a lot by myself. After he heard the insurance amount and that I booked the test myself, this guy legit insulted me in the office infront of everyone telling them that I am not ready

Teachers don't teach well, very rude! After 4/5 classes you still feel like you have stuff to learn! I took this course a few years ago and my instructor did not want to do the last driving class because it was getting close to winter and the roads were getting a little bad (which wouldn't you wanna teach people to drive in snow?) She said call back for your last class in summer and unfortunately I forgot and called today asking if they still had my file and the women told me no! (Also very rude even though I was just clarifying what she was saying). She said if I wanted to do 1 driving

My driver "SARA" was the most unprofessional, condescending, demotivating, rude, instructor that I've ever "learned" from in my entire life.
She kept scolding me for little things, made me DRIVE TO HER HOUSE so she can take a break in the middle of the lesson, forced me to cash out $575 for the ENTIRE course at the bank (plus waiting in line DURING my lesson), and didn't speak up or teach anything unless I did something she did not like on the road. She didn't even wear a mask.

No business acumen. No empathy towards the customers. 3 different instructors for 5 classes and the receptionist if so arrogant. would not recommend the school. The only good part is Mr Mirza a very down to… earth and learned man. The one star is for him only else please dont join this school better to pay extra 100 $ and join other school

This driving school was one of the worst experiences of my life. The instructors are very unprofessional and most of the time are on their phones while "teaching" you how to drive. They do not give you any tips what so ever might as well get a family member to teach you how to drive...highly not recommended!!!!

One of the worst driving schools in Calgary. The quality of service is pathetic and they will go to any level to squeeze money out of customers (they will even charge you for printing out paper, simply disgusting). When you come in, the lady wastes more than 15 minutes taking attendance. After the experience i witnessed from this place, i realized that it was worth it paying an extra 100 bucks to receive quality and professional service from a different place. Don't be fooled by their low prices as you will be wasting your money at the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone after

I used this school, it was okay I guess if all you want is a certificate. But the instructors use the time to get you to drive them around and run errands. You spend at least 20 minutes of the driving session sitting in the office so the instructors can chat with each other. The in class lessons were awful, there for 7 hours and I would be surprised if the teacher spent 3 hours teaching. She kept leaving the room and not coming back for 45-1 hour later. I'm not even joking. One of my other classmates wrote a Google review about this exact thing and the driving school actually replied and said

I had one of the worst experience I have ever had in my life with them. Their customer service can't be any worse. Secretary uses bad languages n yells at customers. Instructors don't pay attention while you are driving cos they prefer their phones. Don't get deceived by their "reduced price" claims cos they always look for ways to extract more money and are never interested in their customers but how much they can get from you
