The washing machine was getting a little loud for my renter, so before a bigger problem develops we had the rental maintenance team send out a repair person. They ended up finding the drainage pump was starting to go and instead of ordering one in and when the part comes in, install it. The repair person took the one still working out of the machine, didn't tell anyone, and left. A week later my renter texts me when is the washing machine getting fixed? They tried to use it and filled it up with water and no place to drain it? No communication by their repair person or the rental maintenance

I do not recommend using Rental Advisors to manage your rental property.
1) Moveout of tenants was brutal. My requests to ensure renters paid their utilities prior to moving out were ignored, damages were handled very poorly, and Rental Advisors milked every penny possible to make sure that I got literally $0 back.
2) They'll find you renters relatively quickly, but their tenant vetting system is flawed, I had to deal with an incredible amount of obvious damage ($15k) despite Rental Advisors reporting no issues found in their inspections. The incessant repairs and damage (to a brand new

I have used them for 2 months - I have to say I am not happy with their service. The tenant complains to Remax about a cleanup that apparently the cleaners missed after 25 days of the tenants moving in. Tenant points out that the place isn't cleaned. On contacting Remax, they tell me it's on me to clean because I had supervised the place. However, the property manager did the walk through with me and did not notice any dirt at that time. After 25 days I get an email from the team saying the tenant complained that the place isn't cleaned. Remax said they won't pay for it because I had got the cleaner

The only time this company gives you good service is at the start when they haunt you to sign up for their services. We are highly dissatisfied with the manner they handle problems that arise with the renter and does not even do the necessary investigations when there is something that comes up. I honestly don't know what you pay for! Do not recommend them at all!

This company seemed like a good idea initially but, sadly we were so wrong. Yes, we got tenants in approx 40 days and the money is deposited into our account sometimes it's late though.
This company has the HORRIFIC communication!! It takes WEEKS to hear from them if we have questions!!
Please choose a company that can reply to an email or return a voicemail especially when it involves your property.

Dealing with this company has been nothing but painful. They take advantage of renters, treat them like garbage (I assume because they think renters are poor degenerates) and make everything more difficult.
When we had moved into the condominium it was filthy, the cupboards were dirty, carpets smelled of mildew and the basement bathroom had been flooding the entire year it had been vacant (the clogged eaves troughs had not been cleaned in who know show long), there were stickers all over the walls, both upstairs and downstairs toilets were leaking, there was bad damage to all the doors and ripped

I was interested in a property that this company is managing, but the amount they were asking was higher than my rental range.
I tried emailing the company about this to ask if the owner of the home would be interested in another monthly amount for a more long term tenancy.
I do have good credit, and make a reasonable income under a private company.
I was told that I MUST submit an application first, before any talks of rental amounts would be discussed with the owner.
I did fill out the application, but was asked to pay a $20 fee just to do that by this company.
So in order to find out if

We are currently newly renting with them and I would not recommend an owner or renter to use their services.
Their staff is inexcusably lousy- and do not know what customer service is. They also do not know how to apologize when they make a mistake, be it their first or tenth (yes, that's how many bad experiences I've had with them in the last few days!)

As a tenant in a unit managed by Rental Advisors, I find them very disorganized. The lack of communication between the people within the same office is just amazing. I find them very thirsty for the money and I am sure they will try to squeeze something out of my deposit when I do the final walk through next week. I will update this review next week.

We were very fortunate to find Remax Excellence, Rental Advisors Team, when our home sold much faster than expected. Love, love, the home we get to live in while our new home is being built. The staff is a pleasure to communicate with, and so efficient with all documents and questions and follow-ups. There is minimal stress, because the Team takes care of all communication in regards to the Condo Board, Management Company, and Owner. We recommend them and would use their services again in a heartbeat.

These people are among the MOST expensive and the WORST managers I've ever encountered. They charge a $519 (discounted rate) fee just to sign a contract . They only have one person that actually goes out to do showings and inspections only. They charge extra fees for everything they do. They made so many mistakes with my units I had to get out of my contracts - everything they did was full of mistakes including the writing of leases for a lower monthly rental price than I had agreed to, wrong names and addressses etc. on a legal document.
