York is a truly great commercial landlord. Full disclosure that our company does provide some property services to York, but we are also a tenant in one of their buildings in Calgary. On the rare occasion where we've had a building issue, they never split hairs about who was responsible, and they just helped fix the problem ASAP. They have even facilitated some great connections for us amongst their other tenants. Unlike our previous landlord who we never saw (until about a month before our lease was up), we actually feel appreciated as a tenant and we feel like York genuinely cares about our success
