Services
With your tenant giving notice to vacate, Davies Property Management will begin to market your property in an effort to find a replacement tenant after the existing tenant has fully vacated the home. We fully document any and all issues with the property and plan for the make ready maintenance and improvements.
Renting homes is highly dependent on marketing. We acquire tenants through internet web searches, sign placement, walk-in business, repeat tenants and referrals from satisfied tenants. WORD OF MOUTH / REFERRALS - We regularly receive referrals from our current and past tenants, friends of our tenants, and from other agents.
Your tenant has not paid their rent, your property has been trashed, and you have not had to deal with evicting a tenant before. An eviction can be very expensive, very tedious in dealing with legal issues, and you'll still be stuck with a lot of work when the tenant is evicted! Davies Property Management has extensive experience in "rescuing" landlords from tenants who are not paying their rent.
Action speak louder than words, that is why we let you try us risk free. We do not charge you any fees upfront and our leasing fee is only paid after a tenant is found and successfully moved in. If during the first 90 days of service, your property remains vacant and you are not happy with our service, you can cancel our services, and we will not even charge you for any of our expenses.

DO NOT RENT WITH DAVIES. I moved into my townhouse in August and right away I had extreme issues not having a washing machine for two months I had to spend all kinds of money at the laundromat and they refused to take any of it off rent, rotted out deck my daughter almost fell thru, floors falling apart, little to no water pressure or hot water, broken closet doors and to top it off… I HAVE MOLD IN THE BATHROOM THAT SPREADS RO THE BEDROOMS. MOLDDD. I let management know and after waiting three weeks they came and literally spray painted over it and called it fixed. I watched him walk in and literally

Great value in the units they showed us. Paula was quick and on the ball. She answered questions and responded to calls promptly. We didn't rent a property through them because they all went so fast, but we would still highly recommend them. The only suggestion we would have is that the numerous reminders prior to the viewings was a bit much, maybe limit that to 1 or 2 automated messages. Thanks for your time Paula, it was great dealing with you.

Worst management company I've ever been with They charged me for stuff on my damaged deposit that was wrong with the house when I moved in I had pictures and everything to prove it and they decided to take a big chunk of my damaged deposit anyway. The lady named Paula that works there left me multiple super rude emails when I was doing nothing but helping them out as they were selling the house that I was staying in I let them in-and-out of my house I was being very cooperated and they treated me with nothing but disrespect. I will never recommend this management company to anybody it seems like

I signed a lease with Davies Property Management and two weeks later when it was time for me to take possession I found out that the owner of the property had switched to a different property management company in the 1-2 days prior. I do not know the reason the owner switched but I do know that the property was not at all ready for me to move in and had a broken window and possessions from the previous tenant left throughout the house. Regardless of the switch it was clear that Davies failed to prepare the property for my possession.
