I've been renting from Braden equities at the Frisco apartment for a year now. My rent is fairly reasonable, for the size and definitely for the location. Honestly, the building is older, however it is a well-kept building. Over the past year I've gotten to know the building manager personally. She's patient and honestly she's quite understanding as the month of December was a hard one. She's pretty on top of things considering we all keep her on her toes, I've appreciated my time here.

As a young family of 3, we are renting an apartment from Braden Equities Inc. Even since we moved here, it have been very pleasant experience. The building locates at a quiet and friendly community. Neighbors inside and outside are nice people that we can talk and greet to everyday. Moreover, the manager Steve is quite helpful and response fast. When this winter temperature dropped, he came to every suits and checked the heat systems. Thanks to his work, we have warmly celebrated 3 weeks holidays at the freezing cold (all -30C)! Above all, we enjoy living here and would recommend this rental company

My family newly moved to Tradewind apartment (Braden Equities Inc.). We all like where we live now. One is because of apartment manager Steve who is a warm hearted gentleman. During move-in, I had some heavy duty to lift while my wife had to take care of our 10 month son. I had no choice but asked Steve for help. And He offered a helping hand with no hesitation. Besides, the management of the building is professional. Repairs reported to the manager can be responsed fast and solved on time. Also the heat system was well fixed before winter cold arrived. I’ve been a tenant at the Frisco apartment building for about 4 months and it’s been great. The building and its amenities are kept clean and maintained, the building is secure, the other tenants are all friendly and the building manager is always a pleasure to deal with. The couple times I’ve had maintenance requests they were dealt with asap and the building manager worked with me to find an appropriate time for the repairman to come in as I have animals and wanted to be home for the repairs. Excellent place to call home 🤙

We are treated with respect by management and have good rapport with our tenants. Whenever there is a problem, we handle it as quickly and professionally as possible!

The property manager in Leduc at Sandlewood is amazing. When you need something fixed in your unit the work is done immediately, efficiently and is very high quality.
The units are clean, and upgraded regularly. The grounds are kept clean and safe. The property manager is kind, efficient, approachable and fair. She lives on site and is hard… working,meticulous in her work, and keeps everything running smoothly and looking excellent.
Neighbours are friendly and look out for one another. Highly recommend renting at Sandlewood (166 Bridgeport) in leduc.

Love living here. The property manager is wonderful. When i have had any issues she reacts promptly and always resolved quickly. The building is kept very clean and its an older building but my suite is beautiful and updated with new floors, rugs, cabinets etc. Also very very quiet. My family and I have been here for 4 years now and I have never had an issue with our place. Any difficult neighbors have always been taken care of, and we have a nice little community here. Our resident manager is absolutely fantastic and has helped us through a few situations over the years. Magda has always made us a priority any time I have had to contact her and she is super friendly and loving once you become one of her neighbors.

Make sure you get an actual cleaning company to do cleaning for you, I have rented twice from them and they screwed me over on a security deposit both times and said damages were done and no cleaning was done even though I have a $3000 plus dollar commercial vacuum , and I do car detailing with all proper products and proper steam cleans. They just… say you have no proof and send it straight to a creditor instead of going to an RTDRS. Cindy has been one of the most prejudice landlords I have ever experienced. Braden Equities likes to steal money from their previous tenants. I had moved out and did a move out inspection and everything and yet they still took rent out of my bank account. They told me I had to be out by September 30th; yet charged me October 1st for rent. Do not rent from them unless you like money missing from your bank account !!!

Worst property management I've ever had to deal with! I am an engineer with a good salary. I setup automatic payments every month as soon as i signed the contract to avoid any payment delays. Everything was fine until their system crashed 6 months after. I never got notified because they changed their property manager 3 times within that span of time. Next thing I know, I had court appearance notice on my door for missed payments. and they charged my 600$ after admitting that it was their fault. It is absolutely brutal that property management companies like #BradenEquities are so greedy that they steal money by lying about monies received (I have photos and emails) and refusal to return phone calls re: damage deposits that they have no right to hang on to!! Two years ago I moved from Jasper Ave to one of the company buildings on 107 Ave and I rented one of the studios, when I took it I was so happy finding a studio for $650 dollars, compare to my previous rent price, I didn't have any balcony so during winter, my windows were frozen and there wasn't any ventilation at all, during the nights I was hearing the mice and I end up buying mice traps and put them all over my place, I kill 3 and I found cockroaches. Paid my application fee and security deposit. I was approved. During the walk through the apartment was not ready. There was stain (looks like blood) and damages throughout the apartment. As I was taking a video of the place the leasing agent Magda forcibly grabbed my hand and attempted to take my phone away from me. During her attack my phone fill and the screen cracked.

Braden Equities is a horrible management company. I am currently dealing with multiple issues at my address. Broken washing machine, windows in kitchen do not fit right letting in cold air during the winter time, baseboard heating is covered in dirt, grease, dust, and grime. The baseboard heating fins are so badly damaged I really don't know how they produce heat. Original old sink plumbing was leaking into a bucket and over filling running to the suite under me. They have good staff and not so good staff. In dealing with them for the year and a half they've managed my condo complex I've had many good dealings at the hands of an assistant named Sarah. However I will openly say that the individual who Sarah assists leaves me frustrated. They seem disorganized and unable to properly/effectively communicate. There have been occasions where she has said she's left notices personally in our mailboxes but nothing is there... If I didn't have Sarah to reach out to I would be singing a way different song. I agree to what others are saying that this is the worst management company. Eileen ( she's the boss of their resident managers) is VERY unprofessional! I've talked to her one time and politely explained my side of the story, but she was so rude that I felt so bad after I hung up the phone. I was so shocked at how she handled the issue ---the reason why I searched the net for feedbacks regarding this company was to see if it was just I who had a bad experience with them, to which I discovered that I am not alone after all.

Seriously, don't even think about it...go....Run as fast as you can. Incompetent, unethical, unorganized, unprofessional, rude, their PM's totally lack the knowledge to successfully manage a bldg and will never address any complaints or try to help the residents. Slumlords with no standards. They just want your money and they don't care how they get it.
