Absolutely vile business practices. Please beware if you're female, if they do tow your car wrongfully as they did to me, bring more than 3 people with you to make sure they don't intimidate you into paying before they let you leave the premises. Seriously got the gate locked on us and had to wait for the police to show up before they opened it back up. Seriously unprofessional. 5 thumbs down.

Disgusting people run this business. If you are planning on hiring them for a job turn and run. Especially if you're a female they won't treat you like a human. When I called to confront the owner I was told "he won't be back until Monday" and the employee working at the time openly threw his employers under the bus. When we told him their business was crooked, he fully agreed with me and told me on his own accord that the owners and operators are "dirty". Multiple lots and businesses in the Coquitlam area hire them (which must mean they operate for dirt cheap) which is a real shame.

They work with Coquitlam square plaza manager Larry to capitalize on individuals being away from their cars. Same as the review listed below. Stepped out of the parking lot for a 30min lunch to a restaurant next to the parking lot. Came back to my car towed. $202 is criminal, rushed me to come pick up my car even though it says 24/7 service on there website. Beware of this company. Parking lot is next to Coquitlam centre be cautious of parking there.

Towed my car in a parking lot that they’re overseeing. It’s a parking lot in a strip mall with plenty of spots open. I stepped off site to a restaurant adjacent to it for food with the view of getting groceries at one of the stores after. All this happened in about 30min.
After paying $200 (criminal extortion) to recover my car I came back to this. They absolutely wrecked my skid plate with their tow truck. Needless to stay I didn't get groceries from the complex in question after that.

These guys are the some serious scums. They towed my car and scratched my entire front bumper. When I confronted them about it they said the damage was all my fault since I was the one who exceeded the parking time limit by 2 minutes… Then they charged me $250 to get my car back and threatened to have it impounded if I didn’t pay that amount. F you benjamin towing you guys are the greasiest dirty people I have ever had to deal with.

The old lady locked her keys in her car, I called Benjamin Towing and within 15 minutes they were here and unlocked the car quickly, efficiently and without issue. Customer service was pleasant and professional, highly recommend if you’re in a similar situation!

Benjamin towing provided me with the worst service for a battery jump start I have ever had. First they were 2 hours late to the original time they said they would arrive. Then, it took them about an hour to perform a simple jumpstart. When it was finally time to pay, these scammers charged me $500 as it included the time it took them to get there (so I was essentially paying for their time and gas it took for them to get to me, even when they were late by 2 hours.) WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!!
